The policies contained in this plan are limited to all MnSCU unclassified unrepresented administrators of ther Minnesota State Colleges and Universities as defined in 1.02 of this Plan who are not covered under the terms of a collective bargaining agreement, unless applicability to other employees is specifically noted in the policy statement.
