1.01 NON-DISCRIMINATION
The provisions of these policies shall be applied equally without discrimination
as to race, sex, creed, religion, color, national origin, age, disability,
reliance on public assistance, marital status, status with regard to public
assistance, political affiliation, orientation, or membership or activity
in a local commission as defined by law. The Board is committed in accordance
with its policies to ensuring an employment environment free of harassment
and violence.
