This Agreement is entered into by and between the Board of Trustees, Minnesota State Colleges and Universities (MnSCU), hereinafter called the Board, and the Minnesota State University Association of Administrative and Service Faculty (ASF) affiliated wth the Minnesota Teamsters Local 320, hereinafter called the Association.
