Letter Of Understanding Between
Minnesota State Colleges and Universities
and
Minnesota State University Association of
Administrative and Service Faculty

Disputed Provisions in Article 2 & 25

The Parties hereto enter into this Letter of Understanding to set forth the parties= Agreement with respect to the provisions of Article 2, Section B, or Article 25, Section C, of the 1997-99 collective bargaining agreement (AAgreement@) between the parties. In the event that the parties reach a settlement regarding the aforementioned provisions or aforementioned provisions are found to be illegal by a court of competent jurisdiction, and the parties= rights to appeal such finding have been exhausted or have expired without reversal of the finding of illegality, the parties agree to meet at a mutually convenient time and place to renegotiate the affected provisions.

This Letter of Understanding represents the complete and total understanding of the parties in this matter.
