ARTICLE 33
Complete Agreement and Waiver

Section A. Complete Agreement.

The Employer and the IFO acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the applicable area of collective bargaining, and that the understandings are set forth in this Agreement, and shall constitute the sole Agreement between the parties for the duration thereof.

Section B. Modifications and Repeal.

The Employer agrees to modify or repeal the Governing Rules, Internal Rules, Operating Policies, Administrative Procedures and university constitutions that are superseded by this Agreement.

Section C. Waiver.

The Employer and the IFO for the life of this Agreement each voluntarily and unqualifiedly waive the right, and agree that the other shall not be obliged to bargain collectively with respect to any subject or matter not specifically referred to or covered in this Agreement, subject to Article 34, Duration.
