MCCFA Employment Contract 1999-2001
PREAMBLE
This contract is made and entered into this 13th Day of December 1999,
by and between the State of Minnesota/Minnesota State Colleges and Universities,
hereinafter called the Employer, and the Minnesota Community College Faculty
Association, hereinafter called the Association, and has as its purpose
the promotion of effective and harmonious relations between the Employer
and the Association; the furtherance of quality education by maintaining
a high standard of academic excellence and efficient governmental services;
the establishment of an equitable and peaceful procedure for the resolution
of complaints and grievances without interruption of work and interference
with the efficient operation of the colleges; to maintain and increase
quality of services; and the establishment of a formal understanding relative
to all conditions of employment.
