ARTICLE 27 - COMPLETE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

Section A. Complete Agreement.

The Employer and the Association acknowledge that during the negotiations which resulted in this Agreement, each had the unlimited right and opportunity to make demands and proposals with respect to any subject or matter not removed by law from the applicable area of collective bargaining, and that the understandings are set forth in this Agreement, and shall constitute the sole Agreement between the parties for the duration thereof.

Section B. Modification and Repeal.

The Employer agrees to modify or repeal the Governing Rules, Internal Rules, Operating Policies, Administrative Procedures and university constitutions which are in conflict with or are superseded by this Agreement.
