ARTICLE 6
Strikes and Lockouts

Section 1. Lock-Outs.

No lock-out of faculty shall be instituted by the Employer during the term of this Contract.

Section 2. Strikes.

UTCE will not participate in any strike as defined in Minnesota Statute 179A.18, subd.1. Any faculty member who knowingly violates the provisions of this section may be discharged or otherwise disciplined by the Employer.
