1. Were the instructions for using the SCUPPS-based merit roster complete enough?

  • First timers found the instructions a bit confusing.

2. Did the Frequently Asked Questions document cover everything you needed to know?

  • Add more information about eligibility.
  • Add a question that explains how to handle administrators in interim positions and one on administrators with recent job changes.
  • Explain how the merit pool is calculated.

3. Did you experience any technical problems (access, etc.) with SCUPPS during this process?

  • If you didn't understand the role of the roster, it was hard to resolve problems.

5. Do you have any suggestions for improving the processing of merit increases for administrators?

  • The electronic process works very well.
  • Responsiveness by Office of the Chancellor staff was great.
  • Add instructions for printing the roster in landscape format.

6. Do you have general comments?

  • Office of the Chancellor HR staff person who handles this is helpful, accommodating, and responsive.
  • Love the new system. It is simple, easy, convenient.
