The Human Resources Roadmap
The Human Resources Roadmap is intended to serve as a guide available to human resources staff working at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities institutions. This guide includes tools that will help newer staff orient themselves to their job as well as an organized map to further resources that all HR staff, regardless of their tenure, will find useful.
The Topographical View power point describes some of the larger concepts it will be helpful to understand about the HR functions within MnSCU. The Go-to Resources include a glossary of commonly used HR terms and an acronym decoder. Paths to Additional Resources is a list of links to outside resources on a number of HR topics.
