1. Were the instructions for using the SCUPPS-based merit roster complete enough?

Add more information about eligibility. Add a question that explains how to handle administrators in interim positions and one on administrators with recent job changes. Explain how the merit pool is calculated.

3. Did you experience any technical problems (access, etc.) with SCUPPS during this process?

If you didn't understand the role of the roster, it was hard to resolve problems.

5. Do you have any suggestions for improving the processing of merit increases for administrators?

The electronic process works very well. Responsiveness by Office of the Chancellor staff was great. Add instructions for printing the roster in landscape format.

6. Do you have general comments?

Comments:
Office of the Chancellor HR staff person who handles this is helpful, accommodating, and responsive. Love the new system. It is simple, easy, convenient.
