Due dates are established by each campus. Where standard paper timesheets are used, fill out your time sheet accurately and completely. Make sure to include your name, employee ID number, department, pay period dates, and fill in the leave balances section. Sign your time sheet and submit it to your supervisor. Some campuses use electronic timesheets or exception time reporting. Be sure to check with your supervisor about reporting your work time.
Pay stubs may be viewed and printed at the secure Employee Self-Service website:www.state.mn.us/employee
Once there, you will be asked to sign in with an ID number and a password. Your user ID is your 8-digit employee ID number, and your initial password is the last four digits of your social security number. You will be asked to choose another 8-digit password after your initial logon.
Once you are logged into the Website, choose “View pay stubs” from the menu. Your most recent pay stub will appear. If you have any questions or problems, contact your campus Human Resources Office or Payroll department.
All employees are required by Minnesota statute to sign up for direct deposit. You may enter your own direct deposit information. A direct deposit authorization form is available through Human Resources, Payroll, or on the Employee Self-Service website www.state.mn.us/employee under "other payroll - payroll forms."
