Wage Progression

All assigned ranges for all Minnesota State Colleges & Universities positions are included in union contracts or salary plans. Normally, wages will increase based on the type of increases provided in your union contract or salary plan. The most common type of wage increases are across-the-board increases for every employee, step increases for returning employees, and step increases based on individual performance or longevity.

Check with your Human Resources Office for the current provisions in your union contract or salary plan.
