Withholding / W-4 Form
Employees must complete a W-4 at the beginning of state employment. You may change the number of exemptions up to two times a year. The W-4 form is available on the employee self-service website ( www.state.mn.us/employee ) under '"other payroll - payroll forms" or by contacting Human Resources or Payroll. You may also enter your own W-4 information on the employee self-service website .
