If you work with private data as part of your work responsibilities, you will be expected to complete an online course on data security. Your HR office will enroll you in an online course to learn more. - Code of Conduct
As an employee of the MnSCU System, you need to understand and follow the code of conduct. Your HR office will enroll you in an online course to learn more. - Safety and Security
Depending on your job responsibilities, you may need to attend safety and security training. Check with your supervisor and your HR office to learn what you need to do. - Employee Right-to-Know (web-based video)
- Sexual Harassment Training (e-learning course)
New employees are asked to complete an online State of Minnesota sexual harassment course as well as an additional online course with information specific to the MnSCU system. Click here to get started.
Training for New Supervisors
Newly hired supervisors and managers should complete the Frontline Leadership programs,Art of Supervision and Science of Supervision. Learn more here
Training for New Administrators
Newly hired administrators covered under the Administrators Plan are encouraged to attend the New Administrators Orientation to meet MnSCU System Office staff, network with peers, and learn about the unique aspects of their positions. Learn more here
