Employee Self Service
The Employee Self Service site allows you to access your personal, payroll and benefit information. You can view, and in some cases change, your information here. Here are some examples of what you will find on the site:
- View current and prior pay stubs
- View your current and previous leave balances
- Change your home address and phone number
- Enroll in benefits
- View summary of your current insurance and pre-tax benefits
- View dependent care and medical/dental expense account plan information
- Print current and previous year’s W-2 form
- Purchase US Savings Bonds from the Dept of Treasury
- View total compensation statement
The site can be accessed at www.state.mn.us/employee. Contact your
HR or payroll office for your user ID and
password.
