Plan for Addressing Staff Development Needs
A systemwide steering committee conducted a needs assessment and developed a comprehensive plan for addressing the development needs of our diverse staff across the state. Below you will find a 5-year action plan with recommendations for improving staff and leadership development. The steering committee continues to meet to guide implementation efforts.
