Committee Information
The Staff and Leadership Development Steering Committee provides system leadership to promote and support staff development within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. This effort is sponsored by Vice Chancellor Bill Tschida and Associate Vice Chancellor Linda Skallman. The work is supported by 2.5 full-time human resource development staff members, one administrative support staff member, and numerous volunteers from throughout the system. Executive Development Task Force
Purpose: Research best practices, methods for executive development and identify development needs for presidents and vice presidents within the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Recommend course of action.
Task Force Commitment; short-term, with 90 minute meetings every month from November 2007 through May 2008. Goal is to identify key findings and present recommendations for consideration to the HR Committee of the Leadership Council and the Chancellor.
