Needs Assessment Materials
The Office of the Chancellor Human Resources Division with the assistance of the Staff and Leadership Development Steering Committee leads the effort of identifying training and development needs for staff across the system.
In April 2005, a staff development survey was conducted. See the following links to review the report and the survey results.
Additional surveys were conducted in fall 2007 and spring 2010 to track improvement across the system and to identify new and continuing staff development needs.
