In 2007, the Office of the Chancellor created a special grant fund to support campus-based staff and leadership development efforts. The intent of the fund is to provide a tangible incentive for colleges and universities to support the professional development of their staff. By providing seed money to campuses for new, expanded, or innovative approaches towards staff development, the grants help to increase the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities' collective capacity to develop leaders throughout our system.
