When an employee is not working due to an FMLA qualified leave you must enter an FMLA related assignment into SCUPPS. When the employee returns to work you will return to the assignment to ensure the actual time taken is recorded accurately.
Go into the SCUPPS record for the employee.
Go to the Assignment page.
Enter a new assignment for the individual based on their specific situation

Enter the dates for the FMLA leave, and adjust the dates / duty days (for faculty) on the regular assignment.
